This post is for a Senior Care Assistant, working full or part-time.

Working for us
Our weekday shifts are paid at £10.59 per hour and our weekends are paid at £11.71 per hour.

Typical full time wages for this post are around £390-£416 per week (up to £21,648 per year).

Could you make a difference?
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be required to provide a high standard of care that meets the individual needs of our residents. This often includes things like assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, all in line with the resident’s own care plan. This position involves shift work and some weekend working will be required.

  • Experience of working within a care environment
  • A good knowledge and understanding of providing quality care
  • An ability to supervise staff and lead by example
  • Great record keeping skills
  • An ability to comply with policies, standards, and legislation
  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Flexibility in your working pattern, including working weekends
